Niche reserves the right to review, hide, or remove any rating, review, or comment that violates its publishing guidelines, including content that is abusive, defamatory, misleading, unrelated to the product, promotional, unlawful, or contains personal information. Such content may be removed without prior notice.
Reviews will not be removed merely because they are negative, provided they reflect a genuine customer experience and are expressed lawfully.
2 Responsibility for Published Content
Customers are responsible for any reviews, comments, or other content they publish through the store or its official pages. Published content must not contain false or misleading information, abuse, defamation, or any infringement of the rights of the store, the company, its products, or third parties.
Niche reserves the right to take any lawful action and seek compensation for proven damage in accordance with applicable laws and decisions issued by the competent authorities.
3 Bundle Returns and Exchanges
A bundle is treated as a single unit of sale. If a return or exchange is requested for a reason unrelated to a defect, damage, or non-conformity, all products included in the bundle must be returned as a complete set, unused, in their original condition, and with their original packaging and accessories.
Individual items within a bundle cannot be returned or exchanged separately. This provision does not affect the customer’s statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to the order.
4 Return and Exchange Period
Subject to the applicable statutory cases and exceptions and the store’s approved policies, return or exchange requests must be submitted within seven days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
After this period, products will not be eligible for return or exchange, except in cases involving a defect, damage, non-conformity, or any warranty rights provided under applicable laws.
5 Calculation Rounding and VAT
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include Value Added Tax where applicable. The calculation of VAT or the allocation of discounts across order items may result in fractions of a halala. Accordingly, calculated amounts are rounded to the nearest halala in accordance with the electronic invoicing requirements applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Minor differences may appear in the allocation of VAT or discounts between individual invoice lines. For offers advertised at a fixed total price, the advertised total remains the amount payable by the customer, and calculation rounding will not increase that price.If any discrepancy occurs between the advertised total and the amount collected, Niche will review the transaction, correct the invoice, and refund any verified excess amount due.
