Orders within Saudi Arabia are delivered within 5–15 business days with a shipping fee of SAR 19.
International orders are delivered within 15–30 business days with a shipping fee of SAR 75. Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, including public holidays, national events, promotional campaigns, and other periods of high demand.
International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
